Render a service

A verified person with the right skill comes to your address. Describe the job in words or a voice note, set what you want to pay per hour, per day or overall.

Hiring a cleaner you have never met

How senders get a good clean from a stranger, first time.

  • Describe the place in rooms, not adjectives: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen.
  • Say whether cleaning products are available at home. It changes the price.
  • Price per day for a deep clean, per hour for a tidy. The app shows the estimated total.
  • Be there, or have someone there. You get a notification at on the way, working and done.
  • Look at the done photos before you approve.

Setting an offer that gets accepted

The number you put first shapes everything after it.

  • An offer is an opening, not a limit. Agents counter; you lock what you both agree on.
  • Same-day and weekend jobs cost more. Say so in the details and price for it.
  • Remember the agent nets 80% of the locked price. Price the job, not the fee.
  • Tips are separate, up to ₦10,000, and go to the agent in full with your rating.

Send a parcel

An agent near the pickup collects it and delivers it to the person you name. Say what it is, how big it is and what it is worth.

Parcels

Sending documents across Lagos

Small parcel, high stakes. How to set it up so nothing depends on memory.

  • Pick Document as the item type and Small as the size. It tells the agent what they are carrying.
  • Name the receiver and give their phone number. The agent hands over only to that person.
  • Put the value on the record, even for paper. A dispute needs a number.
  • Watch the steps: Picked up, In transit, Delivered, each with the agent's photos.
  • Approve only after you see the delivery photo.

Why the item value matters

Every parcel asks for a value. Here is what it does.

  • It tells the agent what they are responsible for before they accept.
  • It gives a dispute a number to work from if something goes wrong.
  • Be honest and specific. A phone is a phone, not 'electronics'.
  • Agents can decline at pickup if the parcel does not match. That protects you both.

View a property for me

An agent goes to the property, answers your checklist in writing, and sends photos, videos and voice notes. Add live view and direct the walk-through yourself.

How to check a flat before you pay

What to put on the checklist so the written answers cover what actually costs money.

  • Keep 'Is the landlord or agent present?' ticked. Who opened the door matters.
  • Ask for water and power on camera. A tap running and a meter reading beat ten photos.
  • Damp shows at ceiling corners and behind wardrobes. Add it to the instructions.
  • Keep 'Record every room' on. Missing rooms are the most common dispute.
  • Switch on live view if you have follow-up questions. Quick asks appear on the agent's screen.

Live view, or photos and voice notes

The same visit, two ways to receive it.

  • Live view costs a flat ₦2,000 on top of your offer and is joinable while the agent is at the Viewing step.
  • Snapshots you take during the stream are saved to the request as proof.
  • Without live view the agent sends photos, videos and voice notes, and still answers every checklist item in writing.
  • Either way, approve only after the Report sent step lands.

Every guide ends the same way: describe it well, watch the proof, approve when you have seen it.
