Three things. Render a service: someone with the right skill comes to you to clean, cook, braid, barb, drive, do laundry, fix something or run a market errand. Send a parcel: an agent near the pickup collects it and delivers it to the person you name. View a property for me: an agent inspects a flat, self-contain, duplex, land or shop, answers your checklist in writing and sends photos, videos and voice notes, live if you want it.

You make an offer when you build the request: per hour, per day or overall for a service, one total for a parcel or a viewing. Agents can counter. When you lock a price and the agent accepts, that amount is held from your wallet. Offers run from ₦100 to ₦1,000,000.

The held amount is released only when you approve the finished job. SendMe's 20% platform fee comes out of that release; the agent receives the rest. Tips are separate, go to the agent in full, and can be added with your rating.

Do not approve it. While the job is awaiting your approval you can raise a dispute with a reason, photos and the outcome you want: full refund, partial refund or a redo. Money stays held until SendMe resolves it. Nothing auto-releases.

A verified SendMe Agent: someone who has passed phone, government ID and passport photo checks through SSYNC ID, plus an address check reviewed by SendMe. You see their rating, reviews, completed jobs, skills and distance before you send a request, and you can pick them by name or leave the request open.

Lagos, Nigeria. Everything is priced in naira and addresses have to be in Nigeria. Agents are matched around the address on your request, so coverage comes down to who is near your job.

Your name, your rating, and the area of the job. Your exact address is shared only after the price locks and the money is held. Chat runs inside the app, and closes when the job is released or cancelled.

Per hour, per day or overall. Pick a mode, set the rate and the number of hours or days, and the app shows the estimated total. Quick chips at ₦5,000, ₦10,000, ₦15,000 and ₦25,000 get you started. Agents can counter, and nothing starts until you lock a price and they accept.

Do not approve it. Raise a dispute from the request while it is awaiting approval: not completed, poor quality, no show or property damage, with photos and the outcome you want. The money stays held until it is resolved.

Yes. Every completed job has a Book again button that drafts a new request to the same agent.

For most services, yes, or someone you trust should be. You get a notification at every step: on the way, working, done.

Yes. Record a voice note instead of typing. SendMe transcribes it, adds a one-line summary to the request, and the agent hears the original.

The agent moves the job through Picked up, In transit and Delivered, with photos uploaded at pickup and delivery. Each step lands on your request as it happens. You approve the release after that, not before.

You set one offer for the run. Agents near the pickup can accept or counter, and the price locks before anything moves. Tips are optional and go to the agent in full.

It goes on the request record so the agent knows what they are carrying and so a dispute has a number to work from. Be honest and specific.

Anything illegal, hazardous or that needs a licence to carry. Agents can decline a parcel that does not match its description, and they hand over only to the receiver you named.

No. Paste a listing link if there is one and attach a photo if you have it. All the agent needs is the address and the property type.

The locked price minus SendMe's 20% fee. A ₦15,000 job pays you ₦12,000. Tips are added on top and come to you in full.

When the requester approves the finished job, the money moves to your wallet. Withdraw to your bank from ₦200; a ₦50 plus 0.5% fee applies and transfers are queued, so allow a little time.

Phone, government ID and NIN, and a live passport photo, all through SSYNC ID, plus an address document from the last 3 months that SendMe reviews. Once all four pass, you can go online.

Switch to your agent home and go online with a fresh location. Open gigs within 15 km appear, filterable by category. Parcel runs heading the same way as you are ranked first.

You can cancel at any time. The requester is refunded in full, you earn nothing for that job, and the cancellation is counted on your profile. Say no early rather than late.
