SendMeby Boldswitch
Ok Send Me

You offer. They go. You approve.

One rule runs the whole of SendMe: a verified person does the job, proof comes back on the record, and the money moves only when you say so. Here is that rule, move by move, with the numbers.

Everything happens in the SendMe app. No other account needed.

The money rule, in six moves.

Whether it is a clean, a parcel or a viewing, your money follows the same path. Nobody is paid before you have seen the proof.

01
Describe it, and make an offer

Pick a category, type the details or record a voice note, add the address and when. Offer per hour, per day or overall for a service; one total for a parcel or a viewing. Offers run from ₦100 to ₦1,000,000.

Your number first
02
Pick an agent, or leave it open

Online, address-verified agents within 10 km appear with rating, jobs done and distance. Send it to one, or leave it open for the first nearby agent, with up to 100 agents able to show interest.

Around the address
03
Agree the price, lock it

The agent accepts your offer or counters in chat. You lock the price. Locking needs your wallet to cover it, plus the live-view fee on a property job; top up by bank transfer right there.

Funded wallet
04
Agent accepts, money is held, address is shared

Acceptance is the moment SendMe holds the money and reveals your exact address to the agent. Until then they see only the area.

Held by SendMe
05
Four steps, with proof

The agent moves the job through four steps you can see. The last one cannot be reached without photos uploaded from the job, and a viewing also needs a written answer to every checklist item.

On the record
06
You approve, the money is released

Approve and SendMe’s 20% fee comes out; the agent gets the rest. Rate them, tip up to ₦10,000 in full, download the receipt, rebook next time with one tap.

Released only by you

Four steps you can watch, for every kind of job.

Your wallet, held and released.

  • Tips move from your available balance straight to the agent, no fee, up to ₦10,000.
  • Withdraw to your own bank account from ₦200; ₦50 plus 0.5% applies and transfers are queued. Every movement has a PDF receipt.

When it doesn’t go to plan.

Cancelling

Who cancels decides who pays.

  • Before a price is locked, either side can walk away. Nothing is held, nothing is charged.
  • After the agent accepts and money is held, a requester's cancellation goes to the agent, who has 24 hours to accept or dispute it. Silence counts as acceptance.
  • When the agent accepts a cancellation, 80% is refunded to the requester's wallet and SendMe keeps its 20% fee.
  • An agent can cancel at any time. The requester is refunded in full, the agent earns nothing, and the cancellation is counted on the agent's profile.
Disputes

Don’t approve. Raise it.

  • While a job is awaiting your approval, you can dispute it with a reason, up to 20 photos, and the outcome you want: full refund, partial refund, redo.
  • The money stays held while SendMe reviews the record: the steps, the proof, the chat.
  • The outcome is a full refund, a partial refund, a release, or a redo that puts the job back to agreed. Both sides see why.
  • Nothing auto-releases. If you do nothing, the money stays held.
A truthful report you did not like is not a dispute. A missing step, a wrong address, an unanswered checklist item or a parcel that never arrived is.

Fair questions.

What can I send someone to do?

Three things. Render a service: someone with the right skill comes to you to clean, cook, braid, barb, drive, do laundry, fix something or run a market errand. Send a parcel: an agent near the pickup collects it and delivers it to the person you name. View a property for me: an agent inspects a flat, self-contain, duplex, land or shop, answers your checklist in writing and sends photos, videos and voice notes, live if you want it.

How is the price set?

You make an offer when you build the request: per hour, per day or overall for a service, one total for a parcel or a viewing. Agents can counter. When you lock a price and the agent accepts, that amount is held from your wallet. Offers run from ₦100 to ₦1,000,000.

When does the agent get paid, and what does SendMe take?

The held amount is released only when you approve the finished job. SendMe's 20% platform fee comes out of that release; the agent receives the rest. Tips are separate, go to the agent in full, and can be added with your rating.

What if I am not happy with the work?

Do not approve it. While the job is awaiting your approval you can raise a dispute with a reason, photos and the outcome you want: full refund, partial refund or a redo. Money stays held until SendMe resolves it. Nothing auto-releases.

Who is the person you send?

A verified SendMe Agent: someone who has passed phone, government ID and passport photo checks through SSYNC ID, plus an address check reviewed by SendMe. You see their rating, reviews, completed jobs, skills and distance before you send a request, and you can pick them by name or leave the request open.

Who is behind SendMe?
