Who actually turns up?
A verified SendMe Agent who listed that skill: a cleaner, cook, stylist, barber, driver, laundry hand, electrician, plumber, nanny or tutor. You see their name, rating, jobs done and distance before you send the request, and you choose who gets it.
How do I price it?
Per hour, per day or overall. Pick a mode, set the rate and the number of hours or days, and the app shows the estimated total. Quick chips at ₦5,000, ₦10,000, ₦15,000 and ₦25,000 get you started. Agents can counter, and nothing starts until you lock a price and they accept.
What if the work is not done properly?
Do not approve it. Raise a dispute from the request while it is awaiting approval: not completed, poor quality, no show or property damage, with photos and the outcome you want. The money stays held until it is resolved.
Can I book the same person again?
Yes. Every completed job has a Book again button that drafts a new request to the same agent.
Do I have to be at home?
For most services, yes, or someone you trust should be. You get a notification at every step: on the way, working, done.
Can I just describe it by voice?
Yes. Record a voice note instead of typing. SendMe transcribes it, adds a one-line summary to the request, and the agent hears the original.
