Ok Send Me

Verified people. Recorded jobs.

Nobody sends on SendMe, and nobody earns, until SSYNC ID has checked who they are. Then every job carries its own record: the locked price, the four steps, the proof, the chat, and who approved it.

The same checks for senders and agents. Agents add one more.

First, the person.

Three checks before an account can send anything. A fourth before it can earn. All run in the app; the identity checks are done by SSYNC ID.

01
Phone

A one-time code by SMS or WhatsApp, tied to your account.

Everyone
02
Identity

Government ID and NIN, checked through SSYNC ID. SendMe never stores your NIN.

Everyone
03
Passport photo

A live selfie matched to your ID. Gallery photos are refused. It becomes your profile photo.

Everyone
04
Address

A utility bill, bank statement or tenancy document from the last 3 months, reviewed by SendMe. Confirming your location on the spot strengthens it.

Agents only

Then, what it unlocks.

Phone, identity and passport photo together let an account send. Add a reviewed address and it can go online and earn. The level shows on every profile, so a sender always knows exactly how far the person they are looking at has been checked.

Your NIN is never stored. The selfie is taken live in the app and gallery photos are refused. Agents are only shown to senders while online and address-verified.

Then, the job.

What counts as proof depends on the category. What never changes: it is uploaded from the job, the last step cannot be reached without it, and it stays on the request for 365 days.

What SendMe refuses to do.

Never

The short list.

  • Accept a gallery photo for the identity selfie.
  • Store your NIN, or show an agent your exact address before money is held.
  • Let a job reach its last step without proof.
  • Release money before you approve. Nothing auto-releases.
Always

The promise.

  • Show a sender the agent’s trust level, rating, reviews and completed jobs before they send.
  • Keep the record, the media and the chat on the request after the job closes.
  • Hold the money while a dispute is reviewed, and say why it was resolved the way it was.
  • Count every agent cancellation on their profile.

What a SendMe record is, and isn’t.

  • It shows that a verified person took the job, moved it through its steps, and uploaded what you see.
  • On a viewing, it holds the agent’s written answer to every question you asked. It does not prove ownership or title.
  • Agents describe what they see. They never guarantee, value, negotiate on site or take cash.
  • If the record does not answer your question, don’t approve. Ask in chat, or raise a dispute.

Nobody’s word. A record.

Who they are, what they did, step by step, and who approved it. Then, and only then, your money.
